Q4: How long does it take to ship?

A4: Your order will be processed within 1-3 days when we receive your payment.

Q5: How can I track my order?

A5: Once we ship, you will receive our shipping confirmation email, which contains a link to retrieve your tracking number. In addition, you can always log in to your MiaoCosplay account, find your order and track it from there. The tracking number will link to the carrier’s website where you can track the shipment. This gives you insight into the status of your shipment and many other options, including controlling when and where your package will be delivered.

Q6: I didn’t receive my emails, what should I do?

A6: They may be in your spam folder. To ensure that you can receive our emails correctly and avoid spam filtering, please add our email address in your address book: [email protected].

Q7: How do I choose the right size for me?

A7: On each of our product pages, there will be a standard size chart. It should be noted that our sizes are designed according to normal standard body shapes. No offense, if you are too fat, please try our tailor-made.

The first thing you need to confirm is your height. Height is your most important parameter. After choosing your height, you can use other measurements (bust, waist, hips) to determine the size you should choose.

Q8: The size of the product I purchased is not suitable for me. Can I exchange it for another size?

A8: For standard size products, we can exchange other sizes within 15 days after receiving the goods, but you need to return the original. If it is our mistake that you receive the wrong size product, we will bear the shipping cost, otherwise you bear the shipping cost.

For custom size products, if you give the wrong size when placing an order, we make the wrong clothes, and you will need to bear the cost of re-customizing the wrong part (for specific circumstances, please check our return and exchange policy).
